New logo

All of my hard work in school certainly did pay off! Even though I wasn't a graphic design major, I still learned enough to be able to create everything I need for my business. Over the weekend I was working hard on my new logo!!!! Its so much harder now to find time to sit down a complete a computer project with little Bailee pushing buttons every chance she gets, and Carlee constantly yelling MOMMMMMMMMY from outside. Through all the interrupting, I finally put the finishing touches on it!

I know you are probably thinking; well Jacky, I have already seen your amazing new logo because it is on the top of your blog! My answer to that lovely comment is yes, it is on top of my blog, but not to my liking. I made a whole different logo for the blog header {still incorporating my new logo} and blogger will not let me upload any more images to the layout. I have no idea why this is all of a sudden happening, but I will get to the bottom of it! I mean, you have to see my magnificent new blog header!!!

But for now, until I get time to figure out why blogger is freaking out on me, the logo for my business is what is shinning at the top! I would really like to get t-shirt made so everyone around Chattanooga will know of my business! It's time to get my name back out there!!!!

Favorite Family Photo Part 2

Labor Day is over, now if my sinus pressure and pain will go away too! I had a date with a box of tissues and Advil Congestion Relief {which works wonders by the way} all weekend!! About this time every year I get awful sinus issues, so you would think I would be used to it by now. NO WAY! You never get used this awful sinus stuff! Last night I had to take a Benadryl just so I could sleep somewhat soundly...and of course the 1 night I take medicine that totally knocks me out Bailee wakes up 5 times!! I was a zombie all night, but I'm feeling a touch better this morning...hopefully I will stay this way! I did find some spare moments where I could edit some more beach pictures...ta-da!!

To-Do List Continued

Wow, who knew I could be so productive??  This past weekend we washed the outside of the house {yes, literally washed it with soap and water} and painted our door, shutters and mailbox black. It looks SO much better!!!!! On the inside, I have been redecorating for quite some time now...and it is slowly coming together! We are in the process of saving for new furniture for our kitchen and living room...and trying to find the perfect pieces is harder than I thought! {any decorating tips would be great!}

So here is my to-do list that is slowly being finished...say a little prayer that I won't pull my hair out until it is officially complete!

Paint the girls bathroom 

Put tile down in all the bathrooms and laundry room

Put up crown molding

Repaint crown molding

Put hardwood in master bedroom

Landscape 

Turn coat closet into craft closet

Get stainless steel stove and microwave {to match the dishwasher and refrigerator}

Refinish kitchen table and chairs <--buying new instead

Build a mantle

Get surround sound

Find new lamps for living room

Get another movie holder from Target {they are amazing}

Rehang Carlee's blinds {she torn them out of the wall}

Get stainless steel air vents

Redecorate kitchen and living room <--almost finished

Find a rug for living room

Get a storm door

Get stepping stones to go to trampoline

Dust my very tall fan in the living room

Paint master bathroom

Get pictures PRINTED of Bailee

Ahhh...that's me finally being able to sit on the couch and take a deep breath!!! I have been so extremely busy these past 2 weeks! I never really realized how busy I would be with Carlee in school. I actually thought I would have a lot more down time, buts its been the complete opposite!! Besides the fact that I have been bitten by the cleaning bug, I am Carlee's room mom. When I signed up for room mom duties I thought I would just be helping her teacher around the classroom {hence the name room mom}. I was very wrong!! We have to plan everything for the fall festival coming up, along with so many other duties!! So needless to say, its been crazy crazy around here!! 

Anyways, since I got to sit down for a few minuets this morning, I remembered I haven't even edited any of my pictures from the beach!!!! I only got time to edit one of them while Bailee was napping, but it is so precious!!!! Speaking of the little monster {that's officially her new nick-name} I must run and see what she is getting into...she is suspiciously quiet!!!
