Storms

I hope everyone in our area survived the horrible storms that swept thru the Tennessee valley yesterday. These storms are getting scarier each year, especially since we know the devastation they cause. I really wish Chattanooga would install sirens to warn residents of dangerous weather approaching. Hopefully it won't take more innocent lives lost to get them installed.

Since David works for the Sheriff's Department he was called into help around 1 yesterday afternoon, and it was amazing the pictures he took of the damage. That left me and the girls home alone...and scared. I have gotten much MUCH better dealing with storms, and I stayed calm so Carlee wouldn't get even more scared than she was. We had our little tornado shelter ready with blankets, flashlights, radios, and phones. Thankfully we were spared from the most severe weather, but everyone needs to pray for those who were not as fortunate.  Have a safe, blessed day everyone!!
